Privacy policy

Effective date: 29.07.2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the application (“the App”).

1. Information We Process

The App does not require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, postal address, or telephone number.

Depending on the features you use, the App may process:

  • Technical information, such as the App version, operating-system information, device type, language settings, and diagnostic data.
  • Usage information, such as App launches, feature interactions, and general performance information.
  • Error and crash information, including technical details needed to identify and resolve software problems.
  • Settings, preferences, saved content, and other data that you choose to create or configure within the App.
  • API keys or similar credentials that you voluntarily enter to access external services.

2. Locally Stored Data

Settings, preferences, saved content, and credentials may be stored locally on your device. This information generally remains on your device and is not transmitted to us unless transmission is required for a feature you choose to use.

You can normally remove locally stored information by using available reset or deletion functions, clearing the App’s data, or uninstalling the App.

You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys or credentials you enter into the App.

3. Diagnostics and Analytics

We may collect limited diagnostic and usage information to:

  • Maintain and improve the App.
  • Understand which features are used.
  • Monitor reliability and performance.
  • Diagnose crashes and technical errors.
  • Prevent misuse and protect the security of the App and its services.

Diagnostic information is not intended to identify you directly. However, technical data such as an IP address, device identifiers, or session information may be processed temporarily by us or our service providers as part of operating these services.

Where required by applicable law, diagnostics or analytics will be used only after obtaining the necessary consent.

4. External Services and Internet Access

Some features may retrieve information or downloadable resources from third-party services. When the App connects to such a service, the service may receive technical information including your IP address, request details, and standard connection metadata.

If you provide an API key, it may be transmitted directly to the relevant service to authenticate your request. We do not control how independent third-party services process information. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.

The App may also interact with the platform’s application store to verify licenses, purchases, subscriptions, or trial status. Such processing is governed by the store provider’s privacy policy.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or similar legislation applies, we process information on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide requested App functionality.
  • Legitimate interests, particularly maintaining security, diagnosing errors, and improving reliability.
  • Consent, where consent is legally required.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be shared only:

  • With service providers that support hosting, diagnostics, analytics, content delivery, or other App functionality.
  • With external services that you choose to access through the App.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • When reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the App.

Service providers may process information only for the purposes for which it was provided and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

7. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Retention periods depend on the type of information and its purpose. Diagnostic and usage information is generally retained for a limited period. Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to legal limitations. To exercise them, contact us using the details below.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, applicable laws, or our data-processing practices. The updated version will include a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its distribution page.
