The current beta can change image meta data with exiftool and has a interface to Adobes DNG converter.

Another new feature for the coming release can be tried out now in the current beta. Phil Harveys excellent ExifTool can be used to extract meta-data from images. At moment WIA-Loader can only display these data, but in the coming release you'll be able to use these data in your import-profiles as variables. |

The new beta-version (1.5.4.4) contains a new feature for the import-preview. This has to be activated in the main settings window.
The new feature refreshes the import-preview (the list on the right) everytime you select or unselect an image in the list on the left. Only those pictures are shown in the right list that are activated in the left list. The new preselect function from the context menu is also considered for the import-preview list. |

The current beta (1.5.3.3) has a new import-step to create HTML photo galleries.This is supposed to created web albums for example. |

My Mac suddenly came alive today so i could do some tests with WIA-Loader on it. A few changes had to be done, but now WIA-Loader works under MacOS X with Mono. The new beta has the version number 1.5.3.2. |
