If WIA-Loader is registered as 'Scanner and Camera' program, it can be automatically be started whenever you plug your digital camera into your computer via USB. Your camera needs to have a WIA driver in order to make this feature work. Also it may be that you have to configure a special mode (NOT mass-storage) for USB connections in your camera.
